Shipping Policy
We deliver within the continental United States (this excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all United States Territories). We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Any delivery times provided by Company are estimates. All delivery areas are subject to change, at our discretion.
Shipping Timeline Flexibility
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to processing time, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. During high-volume periods such as holidays or special promotions, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
In the event of supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, delivery estimates may be extended, and we will communicate any significant delays to affected customers.
Delivery Process
No recipient signature is typically required for deliveries of our Products. The carrier may leave the package at the address whether the recipient or another person is available or not. We strongly encourage recipients to be at the delivery location to receive their package(s) whenever possible.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you may be charged additional shipping fees for redelivery.
