Common questions

Before we speak.

How much does a brand commission or floral installation cost?

All brand commissions and installations are scoped per project. Budget varies by scale, duration, material complexity, and the number of studio members required. Write to us with your brief and we respond within 48 hours. No commitment at that stage.

Do you work outside Atlanta?

Yes. We have executed brand commissions and editorial work across the United States, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Washington D.C. Travel is factored into project scope. East Coast delivery is available for select commissions.

What is the lead time for a brand commission or installation?

Brand activations require a minimum of three weeks. Large-scale installations typically require four to six weeks — lead time reflects site visits, structural planning, and material sourcing upstream. Write early.

How do recurring programs work for hotels and restaurants?

Every program begins with a walk-through of the space. We establish a seasonal palette, a vessel library, and a delivery schedule. Arrangements are composed from that week's sourced material — no two deliveries repeat.

What makes Pinker Times different from a commercial florist?

We are a studio practice, not a fulfillment operation. Every piece is led by Skye Lin — Forbes 30 Under 30, Class of 2024. We work with what is best at market, not from a catalog.
