The season decides the palette and the material, so the arrangement moves through the year. A palette can be asked for at checkout, and the atelier will say whether the week allows it.
Under short notice, the arrangement is composed from what the market holds that morning and the form is left to the atelier. A date that cannot be met is refunded in full.
Beyond the two zones, write to the atelier before ordering. Flowers are living material and they do not all behave, so anything arriving in poor condition should be raised the same day.
